The current positions are for our Thane, India delivery center.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruitment Administrator to support our recruitment teams in South Africa and India. In this role, you will be integral in managing key administrative aspects of our recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate journey. With dual reporting to the Head of Recruitment (SA) and the HR Business Partner (India), you will work closely with both teams to facilitate sourcing, screening, and onboarding activities.Salary Budget: 240,000-300,000/- ctc per annum, (20-25000 per month)Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Screening: Assist in sourcing candidates by posting job openings on various platforms and supporting proactive candidate outreach. Review resumes and pre-screen candidates to ensure they meet the required criteria. Maintain a well-organized candidate database for future hiring needs. Providing Assessment Feedback: Coordinate and communicate assessment results to candidates. Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure that feedback is timely, constructive, and reflective of candidate performance. Assist in updating candidate profiles and interview feedback within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Onboarding & Offers: Support the preparation and distribution of offer letters and onboarding documents. Ensure all pre-employment processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with HR teams to schedule and coordinate orientation sessions for new hires. Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams. Manage calendar invites, follow-ups, and rescheduling requests efficiently. Serve as a liaison to ensure smooth communication between all parties involved in the interview process. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and other HR systems. Provide administrative support to the recruitment teams as needed. Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and preparing regular reports on the recruitment process.QualificationsQualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment or HR function, with a strong focus on candidate attraction and selection. Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes and administrative best practices. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
