Job summary

Nscale is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 3-month contract, onsite at MBFC Tower. You will support end-to-end recruitment across APAC and global regions, partnering with Talent Partners, hiring managers and candidates to keep processes smooth and efficient.

The role requires exceptional organization, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a world-class candidate experience. Onsite presence is required at the Singapore office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business or equivalent.
• Experience in recruitment coordination is preferred.
• Experience coordinating interviews across multiple time zones is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across APAC and global time zones.
• Schedule virtual and onsite interviews accurately.
• Meet and greet candidates onsite when required.
• Manage interviewers’ availability and resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate candidate travel when needed.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract 3 months)

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting end-to-end recruitment operations across multiple APAC and global regions. You will partner closely with Talent Partners, hiring managers, stakeholders, interviewers and candidates to ensure every stage of the hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently.

This role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a world-class candidate experience.

Do note that the role will be 100% onsite at our office at MBFC Tower 1.
What You'll Be Doing

Recruitment Coordination

• Coordinate interviews across multiple APAC and global time zones
• Multi-tasking, coordination and scheduling timely and accurately for virtual and face-to-face onsite interviews
• Meet and greet the candidates onsite if required
• Manage interviewers’ availability and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Able to manage complex panel interviewers across different time zones
• Ensure interview panels are fully prepared with interview guides and candidate information and ensure their attendance to attend the interview with reminders
• Coordinate candidate travel arrangements when required
• Flexible, able to think out of the box with solution providing

Candidate Experience

• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the interview process.
• Provide timely communication to interviewers and updates to candidates
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Nscale's employer brand
• Manage interview logistics and ensure candidates have all required information

Recruitment Operations

• Support recruiters throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Greenhouse ATS
• Ensure recruitment data integrity and compliance

About You

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business or equivalent
• At least 2-6 years of Recruitment coordinator experience from Hi-tech, Technology or relevant industry
• Experience in complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones across APAC will be a strong advantage
• Strong attention to details and comfortable working independently in a lean team
• Pro-active and strong team player that can contribute to the team
• Willing to go extra mile for team and stakeholders’ satisfaction
• Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS, Goodtime scheduling
• Able to commence within short notice or immediate
