Job Description

Key strategic partner to the Head of HR and stakeholders, responsible for shaping and executing enterprise-wide talent strategies. This role will drive the end-to-end talent acquisition function while ensuring a robust talent management framework.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of talent attraction and retention, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for partnering with the business to deliver outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth and workforce planning needs.
  2. Partner with business leaders to proactively identify critical hiring needs and build talent pipelines for key roles.
  3. Oversee executive search and leadership hiring, ensuring a seamless process for attracting senior-level talent.
  4. Enhance employer branding through innovative talent marketing strategies, partnerships, and digital campaigns.
  5. Drive data-driven hiring decisions by leveraging analytics on talent supply, market trends, and hiring effectiveness.
  6. Lead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) hiring initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  7. Ensure compliance with global and local employment regulations while driving efficiency in recruitment operations.
  8. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates for future job openings.
  9. Lead the onboarding and induction program for new hires.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
  1. Extensive talent sourcing and retention work experience in the insurance industry. Experience in Commercial Insurance will be an added advantage.
  2. Must be well-versed with MOM and local regulatory requirements.
  3. Experience in recommending and utilizing different selection techniques.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
  5. High attention to detail.
