Become a key member of the Talent Acquisition team at RGP Consultancy. As a Talent Acquisition professional, you will play a vital role in sourcing and recruiting top talent to support the growth and success of our dynamic organisation. What you'll be doing

• Proactively source and screen candidates for a variety of roles across the organisation

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support the company's hiring needs

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and effectively match candidates

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and strategies

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within a professional services environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technology

• Proven track record of sourcing and securing top talent

• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
