A leading company in Singapore is seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to manage the complete hiring process from sourcing to offer management. Job Description:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide consultative recruitment support.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies via job portals, social media, LinkedIn, career fairs, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
Support employer branding initiatives, including digital marketing, campus recruitment, and outreach campaigns.
Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate.
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 7 years of sourcing and recruitment experience, with consistent track record of successful placements, preferably in government agencies and/or healthcare
Able to execute sourcing strategies to attract talents and be recognised as a subject-matter-expert in talent research related matters
Experienced in using social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other means to reach out to passive candidates
Able to contribute ideas and participate in initiatives to developing new recruitment channels
Experience with HRMS, specifically in Workday would be advantageous
Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools
Familiarity with Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP)
