What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system
  • Support employer branding efforts and participate in career fairs and hiring events
  • Learn recruitment best practices and HR procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms
