Job description

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Retail & Dining)

Multi National Company hiring.

Location: Paya Lebar MRT

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for retail frontline and dining service roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies (e.g., job portals, social media, referrals, and networking).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and deliver timely hiring solutions.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction in the competitive retail and F&B landscape.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and social media hiring campaigns.
  • Craft compelling job advertisements that align with the company’s culture and values.
Recruitment Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are in full compliance with MOM regulations and internal HR policies.
  • Handle all work pass matters including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Manage job postings across internal and external platforms.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports for hiring effectiveness and workforce planning.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring priorities and provide market intelligence.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other TA partners.
Onboarding & Retention Support
  • Oversee a structured 30-60-90 day onboarding program to drive engagement and improve new hire retention.
  • Coordinate offboarding processes and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve employee experience.
