This role delivers recruitment activities for the supported population, engaging with People Managers to understand their requirements and driving the end-to-end recruitment process. The TA Advisor partners with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide an excellent candidate and People Manager experience. It requires specialized expertise in local market knowledge, effective sourcing channels, industry networks, and competitive landscapes to drive recruitment efficiency. As part of a BU Squad, liaises with BU TA Lead and BU People Experience Lead to ensure recruitment service delivery aligns with overall Employee Lifecycle practices within the BU.

How You Will Contribute

  • Provide specialist technical expertise to lead proactive and reactive recruitment activities in accordance with MDLZ policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with People Managers and People Leads, providing market insights, and ensuring a positive candidate experience, including tracking, assessment, feedback, and offers.
  • Work with People Managers to establish business requirements, lead and coach managers through the process to identify and select top talent.
  • Collaborate with TA Coordinator to source candidates through various mediums and channels, creating and executing sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Act as a candidate relationship manager during hiring processes and proactively build talent pools for future needs.
  • Partner with BU Talent Acquisition Lead to understand and improve processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure quality service.
  • Support candidate and hiring manager satisfaction initiatives and monitor service quality.

Leadership and Additional Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors, managing recruitment for Frontline Sales.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Leverage data and insights to improve talent decisions and outcomes.
  • Manage all people management activities, including onboarding, performance management, and development.
  • Maintain effective communication about HR procedures, projects, and business issues.
  • Resolve complex issues and employee concerns effectively.
  • Ensure efficient delivery of recruitment services in line with KPIs and SLAs.
  • Focus on candidate experience and process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of five years in Talent Acquisition.
  • At least one year of leadership and people management experience.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, influencing, and customer service skills.

Work Schedule

US Shift (7PM or 8PM IST onwards); Work from Office - Fixed 3 days a week & WFH 2 days a week. Relocation support available.
