in Singapore is seeking a hands-on software developer with 4+ years of experience to guide Scrum-based delivery, engage with users, and build robust applications. You will design, develop, test, and maintain code across ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, Flutter, JavaScript/TypeScript, FeatherJS, Java, Spring Boot, and Git; automate tasks, perform software validation, UAT, and external integrations; document processes and continuously improve systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum.
• Hands-on software development with an interest in programming.
• Willingness to learn new languages, frameworks, and technologies.
• Good communication, technical documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the team on Scrum processes and tasks, engaging with users and customers.
• Develop efficient software programmes and systems that meet user requirements.
• Support software enhancements, system configurations, and ongoing improvements.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain well-structured and efficient code per QA standards.
• Produce technical specifications and assess operational feasibility.
• Integrate software components into fully functional systems.
• Document and maintain software functionality and processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and upgrade existing systems.
• Automate tasks using appropriate tools, frameworks, and scripting.
• Perform software validation and testing, including UAT and external integrations.
• Deploy applications and evaluate user feedback to identify improvements.

• Support the Lead in guiding the team on Scrum processes and tasks, while engaging with users and customers.
• Develop efficient software programmes and systems that meet user requirements.

• Produce technical specifications and assess operational feasibility.
• Integrate software components into fully functional software systems.

• Perform software validation and verification testing.

Qualities We Value

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in software development.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum.
