Work you will do

The Asia Pacific Delivery Centre (AP DC) Team supports the growth of our business with offshore operations and transitioning activities to multiple lower cost locations through our Global Delivery Network (GDN). Our efforts encompasses the processes, governance and tools used to plan, prioritise, and manage/execute projects and programs.

This is a critical team with Executive visibility as the GDN strategy is critical to the growth of our business. The AP DC Team ensures the efficient operation of scaling our businesses in locations throughout the AP region, by reporting on financial benefits, creating transparency to the CEO and Executive, as well as tracking deliverables and timeframes. The role is to assist the AP GDN Lead Partner with driving key regional initiatives, executive communications, governance support, reporting, adoption target monitoring, financial and non-financial benefits analysis and day-to-day planning.

The AP DC Team is responsible for:

• Driving Delivery Centre adoption across the AP region
• Executive and Board level reporting
• Financial benefits and investment analysis
• Working with all regional Participating Firms and DCs to ensure alignment and transparency on capabilities and plans
• Supporting business units in meeting adoption targets
• Facilitating GDN forums, and governance leadership and facilitation
• Carrying out a streamlined process for quarterly reporting, automating activities where possible
• Project management
• Risk and issue management

The role will involve the following:

• Supporting the AP GDN Lead Partner in driving increased GDN adoption across the region
• Facilitating collaboration between the various Participating Firm (PF) leaders, Business Unit (BU) Leaders and offshore offices
• Producing and distributing reporting and communications on the AP GDN
• Facilitating collaboration between the PF and BU leaders with offshore teams to drive optimal outcomes
• Developing presentation materials and program reporting for various governance forums including the AP Executive and AP Board
• Management and oversight of ad hoc projects and processes requiring process improvement, including liaising with technology, risk and legal stakeholders
• Supporting the AP GDN Lead Partner in the execution of key projects, including managing stakeholders, gathering requirements and managing timeframes

Requirements

If you are someone with:

• Completion of a tertiary qualification in a related field and/or adequate experience in a similar environment and role (essential)
• Strong stakeholder management and business skills
• At least 10 experiences in a Professional Services firm and an understanding, or willingness to learn, about Professional Services Firm
• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of business processes, technology and change elements
• Strong communication skills and ability to establish effective working relationships with business representatives
• Capacity to manage competing priorities within tight time frames
• Ability to operate in an often rapidly changing environment; demonstrated flexibility in approach and attitude
• Competent in use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
• Finance, or financial reporting experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, pro-active, driven individual who can work autonomously yet still work collaboratively in a team environment
