Work you will do

This role sits within the Customer group of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which is a part of Deloitte that uses technology and creativity to better connect the customer with the business.

You will:

• Provide architectural and big-picture oversight for development of client implementations on platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud and also custom builds
• Provide analysis and recommendations on the design of marketing technology ecosystems, while integrating components built by developers and ensuring architectural integrity of the system
• Responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services to clients. This includes overall planning, organizing, designing, integrating, and delivery of all services prioritized in alignment with the client\'s expectations and business needs.
• Lead a team of solution partner and/or client developers and specialists to meet specific client requirements; responsible for ensuring an optimal system architecture to facilitate the successful completion of implementations
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to solution partners and client developers regarding the implementation and maintenance of ecommerce solutions based on martech best practices.

Requirements

If you are someone with:

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant software or engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience and expertise in Salesforce technical architecture and solutions design and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem. Relevant certification(s) on the technical will be a plus.
• Minimum 3 three full-lifecycle Salesforce development, with strong expertise in at least two of the modules
• Drive and determination to continually learn new things and develop yourself.
• A natural team player who enjoys working with others to solve problems and sharing knowledge.
• Willing to push the technical limits and find the best solution for the business and our customers.
• Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented.
• An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
