This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses SAP Module solutions. As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale, and delivery of SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.

1. Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
2. Advise clients on industry/cross-industry leading practices and SAP recommended processes and functions
3. Design target state SAP solutions for clients and influence their thinking in adopting leading/standard practices
4. Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solutions
5. Perform SAP configuration and tests, develop specifications for forms, reports, and interfaces
6. Lead the consultant and client teams through implementation, including testing, migration, and cutover
7. Support change management by developing training materials, delivering training, and supporting users post cutover
8. Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• A good honors Degree, preferably postgraduate, in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
• Good understanding of SAP implementation methodology
• Senior Consultants require 6-8 years of experience in SAP MM module, with 4-6 full lifecycle implementations and team leadership experience
• SAP S/4 HANA experience is advantageous
• Success in multicultural environments
• Strong understanding of business processes, industry nuances, and best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Ability to facilitate workshops and lead target state design
• Proven ability to conceive and execute SAP solutions
• Business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities
• Willingness to work outside the office and travel locally and abroad
