Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking a Senior Consultant to join their SAP team in Singapore. You will focus on SAP IS-Oil solutions, driving business growth through the creation and delivery of innovative SAP solutions, including functional and technical design, while also engaging with clients to shape their SAP transformation journeys.

Qualifications

Work you will do

This role is within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, focusing on SAP IS-Oil (HPM) Module solutions. As a leader, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for creating, selling, and delivering SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.

• Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements.
• Advise clients on industry/cross-industry leading practices and SAP recommended processes.
• Design target state SAP solutions for clients, influencing their adoption of standard practices.
• Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solutions.
• Perform SAP configuration and testing; develop specifications for forms, reports, interfaces.
• Lead the consultant and client teams through implementation, including testing, migration, and cutover.
• Support change management by developing training materials, delivering training, and supporting users post-cutover.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering (Computer or Industrial), Computer Science, or related fields with relevant experience.

Strong functional knowledge of SAP HPM (Hydrocarbon Product Management) within SAP IS-Oil, including QCI and Silo Tank Management.

At least 5 years of experience in HPM module configuration.

Quantity Ware certified consultants are preferred.

Hands-on experience in SAP MM (Inventory Management).

Experience with ETRM integrations to S/4HANA is a plus.

Strong Oil, Gas, and Chemical industry background.

Ability to create functional design documents for RICEFW objects and collaborate with technical teams.

Strong consulting and communication skills.

• Experience with S4/HANA is a big plus.
• Experience in SAP-led transformation programs across industries.
• Understanding of emerging business and technology trends.
• Ability to engage stakeholders on various issues.
• Self-motivated with a clear path to success.
