• Identify business requirements, translate them into functional and technical designs, build prototypes, create process designs (including scenario design, flow mapping), lead testing and training activities, define support procedures and SLAs, and support post-go-live implementations.
• Understand business processes, how applications support these processes, and apply this knowledge to solve problems effectively.
• Understand dependencies and interrelationships between various components of Hyperion.
• Provide alternatives and recommendations based on best practices and application functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT, Supply Chain Management, or related fields; CPA or Master’s preferred but not essential.
• Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementation projects, covering modules such as FCCS, EPBCS, PBCS, EPRCS, EDMCS, PCMCS, HFM, FDMEE.
• Experience with other Oracle EPM technologies like ARCS, DRM, etc.
• Experience managing client projects, either full lifecycle Oracle implementations or large-scale projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes.
• Proven ability to define system roadmaps, gather requirements, design, prototype, test, train, and support solutions.
• Deep understanding of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting, including currency translations and consolidations under GAAPs.
• Knowledge of EPM Automate scripting for admin activities.
• Experience conducting UAT, preparing design documents, test plans, training materials, and procedural guides.
• Ability to train staff on advanced EPM concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skills.
