  • You may be assigned as Level 2 or Level 3 AMS support, collaborating with Business/Client IT Teams and Application Managed Services (AMS). Responsibilities include:
  • Providing in-depth troubleshooting for escalated incidents, resolving issues, and monitoring fixes in accordance with SLAs.
  • Identifying and managing problems to reduce re-occurring issues, presenting root cause analyses, and implementing permanent fixes.
  • Leading discussions on high-level solution design, estimating efforts, and ensuring quality delivery within timelines.
  • Maintaining documentation according to standards and procedures.
  • Adhering to AMS processes, procedures, and client IT policies.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting application implementation projects by:
  • Assisting project teams in delivering solutions that meet client needs and strategic goals.
  • Developing presentation materials and coordinating client communications.
  • Collaborating with diverse project teams to solve problems, improve performance, and generate value.
  • Upholding Deloitte’s standards and ethos in interactions.
  • Leading and coaching Analysts and Consultants.
  • Contributing to business development through proposals, presentations, and publications.
  • Senior Consultants are also expected to:

    • Show commitment to personal learning and development.

    • Develop effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Appreciate teamwork and diversity.
    • Understand Deloitte’s success factors and demonstrate integrity.
    • Possess a bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
    • Have at least 8 years’ experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC in support or implementation roles, especially in SAP Finance.
    • Have good knowledge of related modules/sub-modules and testing capabilities.
    • Experience with technical debugging is advantageous.
    • Leadership experience of at least 3 years is advantageous.
    • Experience with cloud/on-premise solutions and delivery methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).
    • Certifications in relevant applications, ITIL, or project management are advantageous.
    • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
    • Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
    • Proactive, resourceful, and flexible to support new solutions and work hours, including travel if required.
