Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud Financials projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to the Accounting function, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Oracle Cloud applications.
• Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; work with the appropriate Deloitte resources from other service lines/industries.
• Lead the day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud ERP Consulting engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
• Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or related field; CPA qualification or Master’s degree preferable but not essential.
• At least 10 years of Oracle Financials experience (Cloud Financials and EBS).
• Minimum of 3 full lifecycle Oracle implementations as a Functional Lead or Project Lead.
• Experience working directly with clients, either managing full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations or large-scale implementations.
• Functional expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud modules, including facilitating global design workshops, business process analysis, and system integration. Direct interaction with clients, providing SME guidance and training, ensuring implementation follows established configuration practices. Supports the delivery team with Oracle ERP Cloud product knowledge, implementation support, bug fixes, and customer support.
• Knowledge of org setup, module-specific configurations, and ability to perform requirement analysis and deliver functional design documents for the mentioned modules.
• Strong project management and delivery capabilities.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
