In Southeast Asia, a major economic region with a population approaching 700 million, Japanese companies have increasingly shown a strong desire to invest in recent years to capitalize on the region's growth.

While Southeast Asia is closely interconnected as a massive economic zone, each country within the region has vastly different characteristics, offering rich diversity. This complexity, however, translates directly into the challenges and difficulties Japanese companies face when expanding their businesses in Southeast Asia.

Given the booming market and the unique challenges of Southeast Asia, the demand for consulting services to support clients' medium- to long-term strategies has risen significantly. We are looking for someone who can help lead our strategy and operations consulting business in Southeast Asia alongside us.

The following are examples of key themes in our strategy formulation and implementation support projects for Japanese companies in Southeast Asia:

• Medium- to Long-Term Management Strategy
• Business Strategy
• Operational Improvement
• New Business Planning

You will be engaged in consulting services that involve planning, designing, implementing, and rolling out new approaches to drive transformation in Japanese companies (corporate divisions and business units) and enhance their competitive advantage.

In recent years, many companies have been advancing company-wide operational transformations that go beyond ERP systems and specific organizational functions such as finance and HR, by leveraging technology. To support these transformations end-to-end, you will also be involved in tasks such as providing initial conceptualization support and serving as a PMO to execute these transformations.

As a Manager, you will demonstrate leadership in a mixed team of local and JCS members, managing projects while using personal strengths to support project and client development.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a consulting firm on the topics listed in the "Work you’ll do" section
• Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities
• Experience in leading projects
• Native level Japanese and business level English or native level English and business level Japanese
• Southeast Asia related consulting experience
