What you will do

As a Manager in Identity and Access Management (IAM) at Deloitte, you will develop and implement effective IAM strategies aligned with client objectives and regulatory standards. You will lead cross-functional teams to enhance security measures and improve user experience. Your role involves engaging stakeholders to demonstrate the value of IAM initiatives, ensuring Deloitte remains a trusted partner in identity governance and access control.

You will

• Lead Identity Teams and manage large, complex projects across Southeast Asia.
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, risk management, IT controls, and standards.
• Identify and evaluate business and technology risks, internal controls, and opportunities for improvement.
• Execute advanced services and supervise staff in delivering basic services.
• Install, integrate, deploy, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ; develop and customize its components, connectors, workflows, and integration modules.
• Implement custom rules, scripts, and plugins to extend SailPoint IdentityIQ functionality.
• Perform day-to-day IAM operations in SailPoint IdentityIQ, including Compliance Manager, Lifecycle Manager, and Application On-boarding.
• Communicate technical and functional aspects of the product and implementation to clients and partners.
• Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation post-sales.
• Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with clients to exceed expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability.

Enough about us, let's talk about you.

• 6+ years of industry experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 5+ years of experience in developing, implementing, or architecting information systems.
• 5+ years of experience with technical architecture integrating identity management, access management, and access governance software into client infrastructure and applications.
• 5+ years of experience with SailPoint installation, integration, and deployment in a consulting environment.
• Familiarity with Identity Management areas such as Identity Governance and Administration, Single Sign-On, Federation, Consumer Identity, Privilege Access Management, Cloud Identity Solutions, and Directory Architecture.
• Experience with role-based access control, access request, and certification.
• Understanding of Operating Systems (Unix, Linux, Windows).
• 2+ years managing projects through the full system development lifecycle.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% based on work and client needs.
• BA/BS Degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Cyber Security, or Engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate security requirements effectively to senior stakeholders.
• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage.
