Work you'll do

As a Manager in the PCOE, you will work with pursuit teams across Deloitte Southeast Asia (SEA) businesses to design and embed Generative and Agentic AI solutions into client proposals. You will support solution development, lead technical scoping, and ensure that AI components are integrated effectively into differentiated bid strategies.

Working alongside the Senior Manager and the AI COE, you will bring technical precision, innovation, and execution discipline to each engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Partner with pursuit teams to shape solution narratives, integrating relevant GenAI or Agentic AI capabilities.

2. Lead the technical design and feasibility assessment of POC requirements, coordinating with the AI COE.

3. Translate pursuit needs into workable AI solution frameworks that align with client pain points and industry trends.

4. Guide consultants and analysts in building demo assets or accelerators for client presentations.

5. Manage engagement timelines, solution readiness, and iteration cycles during the pursuit window.

6. Document re-usable patterns from completed pursuits for institutional learning and future application.

7. Ensure all GenAI solutions align with risk, data, and confidentiality standards as outlined by Deloitte SEA.

Requirements

• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 6 to 8 years of experience in consulting, technology solutioning, or client pursuits
• Understanding of Generative AI capabilities, enterprise use cases, and delivery considerations
• Proven ability to co-design digital or AI-powered solutions for large-scale proposals or innovation efforts
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, with an ability to influence non-technical and technical audiences alike
• Track record of delivering work under time pressure in a pursuit, pre-sales, or product development setting
• Structured, hands-on, and execution-oriented approach
• Familiarity with Financial Services industry
• Bonus if you have:

1. Familiarity with tools such as Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, or enterprise LLM platforms
2. Experience in high-value pursuits in regulated industries (e.g., FSI, Public Sector, Healthcare)
3. Exposure to agile development methodologies or working in cross-functional delivery pods
