We are seeking an experienced senior leader of Cash Management Business & Technology Consulting to lead and deliver strategic advisory and end-to-end implementation services across Asia. The ideal candidate will possess deep subject matter expertise in payments and cash management, with hands-on experience across payment hubs, cash management channels, product engines, liquidity management, and virtual account solutions. The role requires extensive knowledge and project exposure to leading software platforms, including Finastra, Oracle, FIS, Finacle, and Volante.

You will support our clients in their transformation journey by:

  • Serving as a regional subject matter expert in cash management and payments business and technology, advising clients on digital transformation, architecture, and implementation strategies.
  • Leading large-scale transformation programs involving payment hubs, digital channels, liquidity platforms, and virtual account solutions.
  • Manage full project lifecycle from pre-sales support and solutioning through to implementation, testing, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Provide strategic input to clients on vendor selection and technology roadmap development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders across corporate and transaction banking domains.
  • Collaborate with global teams and technology partners to ensure best practices and consistent delivery standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants across multiple engagements and geographies.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in cash and liquidity management

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in banking technology consulting or solution delivery, with a strong focus on cash management and payments.
  • Proven track record of leading advisory and implementation projects for solutions including:
  • Payment Hubs (e.g., real-time payments, SWIFT, ISO 20022)
  • Cash Management Channels (corporate portals, APIs)
  • Product Engines (collections, payments, liquidity modules)
  • Liquidity Management (sweeps, notional pooling, forecasting)
  • Hands-on experience with a range of platforms including Finastra, Oracle, FIS, Finacle.
  • Strong understanding of corporate banking operations and customer requirements in the Asia region.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Experience working with Tier-1 banks in Asia & familiarity with cloud deployment strategies and API-led architectures will be an added advantage.
  • Consulting background with a top-tier firm or system integrator is highly desirable.
