  • Be an expert in the Digital Sales and Marketing Automation domain to provide a deep understanding of the relevant Salesforce solution(s).
  • Lead on the design and implementation of technology and creative business solutions for iconic brands.
  • Take the lead on projects, solving some of the most exciting problems for our clients.
  • Build lasting relationships with key client stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Collaborate with digital experts across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions. Support the Digital team in RFP and proposal responses.

Requirements:

If you are someone with:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant technology, business, or marketing discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in consulting and/or CRM implementation in an enterprise environment.
  • Functional or techno-functional expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, with development experience in Apex, VisualForce, Force.com, Java/J2EE, or AMPScript. Salesforce certifications in Sales, Service, and Marketing are a plus.
  • Experience in contributing to RFP responses and sales activities. Strong understanding of Agile/Iterative delivery methodology.
  • Ability to configure and implement integration with Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud.
  • A drive for continuous learning and self-development.
  • A team-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and willingness to push technical limits.
  • Results-oriented, client-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to travel locally and abroad for short-term and long-term projects.
  • Good communication skills in English and Korean.
