  • Identify business requirements, translate them into functional and technical designs, build prototypes, create process designs (including scenario design and flow mapping), lead testing and training activities, define support procedures and SLAs, and support post-go-live implementations.
  • Understand business processes, application support, and apply this knowledge to solve problems effectively.
  • Understand dependencies and interrelationships between various Hyperion components.
  • Provide best practice-based alternatives and recommendations based on application functionality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT, Supply Chain Management, or related fields; CPA or Master’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation project involving Oracle EPM modules such as PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS, EPRCS, EDMCS, PCMCS, HFM, or FDMEE.
  • Experience with other Oracle EPM technologies like ARCS, DRM, or related tools.
  • Experience managing client projects or large implementations.
  • Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes.
  • Proven experience in system roadmaps, requirements gathering, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
  • Deep understanding of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow reporting, currency translations, inter-company eliminations, and consolidation accounting under various GAAPs.
  • Proficiency with EPM Automate and scripting for admin activities.
  • Experience conducting User Acceptance Tests and preparing documentation and training materials.
  • Ability to train staff on advanced EPM concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment.
