Job summary

AURUS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is actively seeking an experienced ETL/BI developer to join our team in Singapore.

You will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining ETL code using Informatica PowerCenter and Oracle PL/SQL, while ensuring adherence to SDLC and change management practices. The role requires 8+ years of related experience, familiarity with Unix/Linux, and hands-on work with Informatica PowerCenter, OBIEE, and SAS Analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or similar domain.
• 8+ years of related experience in ETL/BI environments.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux and heterogeneous platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build Quality ETL code and perform unit testing; troubleshoot SIT/UAT defects.
• Ensure ETL code adheres to SDLC standards and change management processes.
• Perform systems/data analysis to implement mappings/workflows and support production deployments.

As part of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC),

Gathering requirements, Development, Testing, Implementation and post production support using below technologies,

Knowledge Required

• Must Have Database: Oracle, SQL Server
• Programming Language: Oracle PL/SQL
• Data Integration Tool: INFORMATICA Power Centre
• Reporting Tool: OBIEE
• Analytics Tool: SAS Analytics

• To build Quality ETL code, perform unit testing and trouble shoot any SIT, UAT defects.
• Ensure ETL code follows standards and adheres to SDLC process & Job scheduling.

• Perform systems/data analysis to implement INFORMATICA power centre mappings and workflows, shell scripts and stored procedures.
• Follow change management process for testing & support production implementation.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• 1) More than 8 years and above related work experiences.
