Job summary

SageTech Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior UNIX Infrastructure & Virtualization Engineer (AIX/Linux) to design, implement, and support robust UNIX environments across critical banking systems.

You will work with IBM Power Systems, PowerVM, VIOS, LPAR, and Oracle virtualization, with emphasis on HA, DR, performance tuning, and migrations. Banking domain experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of UNIX administration experience.
• Experience with IBM AIX and RHEL/Linux administration.
• Hands-on with PowerVM, VIOS, and LPAR administration.
• Experience with Oracle virtualization and shell scripting.
• Strong server performance tuning and high availability skills.
• Exposure to disaster recovery and infrastructure migration.
• Banking infrastructure experience is preferred.
