Systems Planning Engineer (Network Monitoring) - Up to $5000

Responsibilities
• Systems Planning Engineer for OSS Platforms Systems (network inventory, service provisioning, network configuration and fault management)
• Manage and Maintain OSS Platforms Systems
• Develop, implement and maintain scripts/workflow/configurations for the OSS Platforms Systems
• Engage Architect and Engineering teams for OSS Systems development requirements
• Perform Technology and product scan as well as evaluation supporting Business Products in the business case justification and approval
• Conduct Proof of Concepts together with Principal Vendors and Suppliers in evaluation process if need arises
• Responsible for the design and build stage of conventional design and build process in the process of product development
• Responsible for defining and co-ordinating the scope of works with various stakeholders like Architecture Offices, Engineering teams, Product Management, Operations, etc.
• Responsible in working closely with principal partners for technology knowledge transfer and technology notice broadcast such as End of Life or End of Sale i.e Release Life Cycle Management
• Work with support teams to ensure efficient fulfilment processes
• Support product feature evolution such as new feature development & enhancement
• Perform Planning and Project Management and Security Engineering roles as assigned to projects

Qualifications
• Diploma holder with experience in monitoring enterprise network product or Bachelor in Computer Science/IT Technology/Computer Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role on Linux, Windows, Openstack, Docker, KVM, VMWare Systems.
• Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role on Cisco Network routers, switches, Fortinet / Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Experience with managing and maintaining Databases, Elastic, etc.
• Experience with System and Network Management / Monitoring platforms, CA / Broadcom DX NetOps, Zabbix, AI Ops, etc.
• Microsoft, Vmware, Red Hat, CCNP, Public Cloud certifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Great attention to detail.
