• Support the Plant Map sale portal operation and system admin role.

Make an Impact by:

• Support the Plant Map sale portal operation
• Support the system admin role on external customer query
• Support the sale of the plant map portal daily operation and working with IT team
• Perform regular archive of the external queries
• Purchase Orders/Service Orders/Goods Receipts and Service Entry
• Raise purchase orders or service orders in the system
• Raise payment for PO and SO upon certification and verification by users
• Commissioning of SE into asset in system
• Keep updated inventory system of laptops, tools and equipment issued or kept by staff
• Organize festive parties and dept activities to keep the engagement among the staff in the dept
• Manage the calendar of the dept manager to resolve conflict meetings
• Any other tasks assigned by the manager.

Skills for Success:

• Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent from recognized institution.
• Proficiency in system management software, automation tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office and Basic SQL
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Analytical mind, detail-oriented and creative thinking skills.
• Possess leadership and good inter-personal skills.
