- Define and own the product roadmap: claims, onboarding, wellness, flexi-benefits, member portals, HR dashboards and internal system.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from clients, internal users, insurer partners, and regulatory needs.
- Translate customer needs and business challenges into detailed product specifications and wireframes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and quality releases.
- Continuously improve product usability, automation, and integration.
- Act as the voice of the product for corporate clients, insurers, tech partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between business goals, product priorities, and compliance commitments.
- Drive launch readiness plans including training, release notes, and adoption strategies for both clients and internal teams.
- Fronting clients with BDAM team to translate commercial needs to backend support
- Provide recommendations on more efficient and cost sensitive alternatives to client request
- Ensure operational readiness for internal, external, and client audits.
- Maintain and update documentation for all system and process changes in compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., IRDAI, HIPAA where applicable).
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies, ensuring timely and accurate submission of data and reports.
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures based on audit findings.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen data privacy, security, and compliance protocols across all operational systems.
Requirements:
