Job summary

A leading technology services firm in Singapore is looking for a maintenance support technician to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of ATC voice communication systems. Candidates should possess an ITE certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Computer engineering and have knowledge in voice and data systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Computer engineering.
• Knowledge in Voice & Data Communication Systems and VHF Radio Communication Systems.
• Experience in System Installation, Integration Testing and Troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Maintenance Support (Preventive and Corrective) of ATC Voice Communication Systems.
• Coordinate and Supervise Preventive/Corrective Maintenance activities.
• Prepare and Update QA, RA and Systems Monthly Reports.

Contract Duration: 12 months (Renewable)
Working Hours: Office Hours

Working Location: Changi

Our client is a leading technology services firm with presence in Asia Pacific and partners with governments and enterprises to advance communities through technology.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To provide Maintenance Support (Preventive and Corrective) of ATC Voice Communication Systems at customer sites
• Coordination and Supervision of Preventive/Corrective Maintenance activities for various systems.
• Prepare and Update QA, RA and Systems Monthly Reports, etc.
• Support the Level 1 Shift Team to meet customer Service Level Agreement.
• Support Ad-hoc Service Requests.
• Able to attend to Preventive/Corrective Maintenance activities scheduled at wee hours and perform Level 2 on-call standby duty when rostered.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Computer engineering
• Has knowledge in Voice & Data Communication Systems and VHF Radio Communication Systems.
• Experience in System Installation, Integration Testing and Troubleshooting
