Job summary

IT Consultancy & Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an EO Associate Engineer to support Electro-optics systems on-site, including troubleshooting and fault analysis to minimize downtime for customers. The role includes lab repairs, offshore work, and standby duties, with responsibilities across maintenance at sites and vessels.

You will update reports for project meetings and liaise with customers for maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Min ITE certificate / Diploma in electrical / electronic / computer engineering.
• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license will be preferred.
• Experience in Electro-optics System will be an added advantage.
• Positive work attitude, self-motivated, creative, and resourceful with a customer first mind set, Independent, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
• Able to handle emergency situations outside of normal work hours when required.

Responsibilities

• As an EO Associate Engineer, you will perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and failure analysis to determine the cause of system failures.
• Diagnose and repair EO system issues in lab using logical, step-by-step approaches to minimize downtime for customers.
• Support Electro-optics and surveillance systems for preventive and corrective maintenance at sites and vessels.
• Update fault reporting documentation for monthly project meetings and liaise with customer for maintenance activities.
• Perform in-house repair of Electro-Optics equipment.
• Provide rotational 24x7 standby services for fault recovery at various locations.
• Able to work offshore and at height to support system setup, testing and installation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
