Job summary

Sandrise Construction seeks an IT security specialist to protect the company’s systems and data by designing, implementing, and overseeing security protocols across the organization.

The role includes analyzing business unit needs (finance, HR, logistics) and translating them into IT requirements, supporting IT budgeting, and architecting the holistic IT infrastructure. You will define backup schedules and maintain comprehensive system documentation, with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, software development or equivalent qualification.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee security protocols to protect systems and data.
• Analyze unit needs (finance, HR, logistics) and translate into IT requirements.
• Support IT budgeting and architect holistic IT infrastructure across the organization.
• Define and execute system backup schedules and manage disaster recovery processes.
• Establish and maintain system documentation and generate technical reports.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Role and Requirement

Ensure the security and integrity of the company's systems and data by designing, implementing, and overseeing security protocols, monitoring for vulnerabilities, and mitigating identified threats.

To analyze the specific needs of individual business units (such as finance, human resource and logistics) and translate them into functional requirements for the IT systems.

Supporting the IT budget planning for the company and architecting the holistic IT infrastructure for the company, encompassing hardware, software, and network components and executing its implementation across the organization.

To define and execute system backup schedules and manage the processes for restoring systems in the event of a system crash or failure.

To establish and maintain system documentation while developing system configurations, operational processes, and technical reports according to industry specifications.

Ad-hoc tasks as required from the company.

Bachelor degree in computer science, IT, software development or equivalent qualification.

Well-versed in written and spoken communication skills.
