Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Systems developer to join our team and support the Security Access System Project focused on SAP platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance, enhancement, and integration of SAP systems, with a focus on security, access controls, and authorization frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SAP applications using ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and Web Dynpro.
• Manage SAP Security and Authorization settings, roles, and user access.
• Design and implement secure, scalable integration using SAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot issues across SAP ECC, HANA, and related modules.
• Support ERP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system access requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Optimize and automate SAP workflows and support user access provisioning processes.
• Document system configurations, code changes, and security setups.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and SAP best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP development and systems programming.
• Proficiency in SAP ABAP, SAP HR Programming, and Fiori/UI5 development.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP HANA, Workflow, and Web Dynpro is required.
• Strong understanding of SAP Security & Authorization concepts and implementation.
• Familiarity with SAP APIs and system integration best practices.
• Experience supporting ERP upgrades and change management is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of S/4HANA migration concepts.
• SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) experience is a plus.
• Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies.
