· Lead the architecture and system design of EMASS’s next-generation AI SoC
· Coordinate and contribute to global IC design teams, including team leadership and task distribution
· Oversee and participate in system integration, including firmware, drivers, and application-layer validation
· Develop prototypes, proofs of concept (PoCs), and demonstration platforms for internal and customer-facing projects
· Work closely with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, AI optimization) to ensure tight system co-design
· Drive technical roadmap planning and evaluate emerging technologies for adoption
· Represent EMASS in technical discussions with partners, customers, and stakeholders
· MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (PhD is a bonus)
· Exceptional performance and demonstrated ownership during past academic or industry projects
· Solid knowledge of digital systems design, SoC architecture, and hardware/software co-design
· Hands-on experience in at least one of:
- ASIC/FPGA design (RTL, synthesis, timing closure)
- Embedded system prototyping and debugging
- AI workload mapping and optimization for edge platforms
· Strong understanding of system integration practices and performance trade-offs
· Self-driven, highly adaptable, and able to work in a fast-moving startup-like environment
