Job Description

Administrative and Project Coordination

  • Providing administrative support for the Head of Pedagogy including scheduling, communication project tracking and general administrative tasks
  • Manage documentation, records, and databases
  • Supporting the coordination of school-wide academic projects, training sessions, pedagogical events and associated logistics

IT and Digital Learning Support

  • Managing digital tools for collaboration, documentation and surveys
  • Organizing internal web platforms and digital assets
  • Assisting in onboarding staff to new digital platforms and tools
  • Establish, manage, and maintain centralized digital repositories for curriculum documentation, pedagogy resources, and internal websites
  • Coordinate and communicate regularly with international stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and effective collaboration for project management
  • Ensure version control, tagging, indexing, and easy retrieval of documents

Design and Creative Support

  • Designing visually engaging presentations, templates, infographics, and pedagogical resources aligned with brand identity

Qualifications:

  • ADiploma or Degree in Business, Knowledge management, Information Systems, Design, or related field. Experience in educational settings is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Canva, Adobe
  • 3-5 years of experience in roles involving document management, knowledge management, operations management, or internal communications.
  • Comfortable organizing internal web platforms and digital assets. Experience using collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Google Workspace, Notion, Confluence, or similar).
  • Experience coordinating remotely with multiple stakeholders across diverse geographical locations.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Eye for aesthetics and good understanding of visual communication.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Detail oriented in a fast paced, purpose driven environment.
  • A sense of humour and good interpersonal skills
