Job description

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs
• Evaluate and recommend software, platforms, and integration approaches based on business goals
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and vendors to ensure solution feasibility and alignment
• Develop solution documentation including workflows, data models, and interface specifications
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of new solutions and enhancements
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather insights and align expectations
• Ensure solutions comply with security, data governance, and regulatory standards
• Monitor solution performance and recommend continuous improvements

Requirements:

• Experience in solution analysis, systems design, or enterprise application delivery
• Strong understanding of software architecture, integration patterns, and data flows
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid environments
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart)
• Ability to work across business and technical teams to drive consensus
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Certification in solution architecture, business analysis, or cloud technologies preferable
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or low-code platforms (e.g., SAP, Dynamics, OutSystems) is plus
• Exposure to Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices advantageous
• Sector-specific experience in healthcare, finance, logistics, or government
• Familiarity with API management, microservices, and middleware solutions
