Job description

Main duties:

• Provide technical support on network, server, and security.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Responsible for overall project implementation of IT infrastructure or medical equipment system project in a hospital environment
• To plan the whole project timeline and resources start from receive sales order up to project hand over.
• Provides customer relations and ensures customer satisfaction on all application support, repairs, and servicing activities.
• Provide coaching and guidance to the junior staff to ensure maximum efficiency and delivering consistent high quality level service and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct training to end-user and staff members.
• Build and maintain good supplier relationship and high level of supplier support.
• Maintenance of relevant technical and product documentation and information.
• Provide feedback to the manager regarding product/project conditions in the field.

Pre-requisite:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Networking / Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) with 2 years' experience.
• Preferably with 2 Year(s) of working experience in Computer Networking or related field.
• Aggressive, self-motivated, independent, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Team player with good organisation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to handle installation and site requirements.
