Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an IT professional for a contract role in digital asset migration. You will assist in the migration process, ensuring data accuracy and supporting post-migration testing. Candidates should have a diploma in IT and proficiency in Windows Command Prompt, with Node.js or VBScript experience being advantageous. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $3000 and requires an immediate or short-notice start.

Qualifications

• Assist in the migration of digital assets from MediaBin to OpenText Media Manager.
• Prepare and maintain migration inventory lists.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the migration of digital assets from MediaBin to OpenText Media Manager.
• Prepare and maintain migration inventory lists in accordance with established naming conventions and taxonomy.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and proper organization of media files during migration.
• Identify, document, and report any discrepancies or issues encountered during migration.
• Support post-migration testing, validation, and user acceptance checks.
• Assist in the onboarding of new external users to the new system.
• Provide ad-hoc operational and administrative support to the system team as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Proficiency in Windows Command Prompt
• Experience with Node.js or VBScript will be an advantage
• Prior involvement in digital asset or data migration projects is a plus
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
• Work Location: Tai Seng
• Salary: up to $3000
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice
