Job description

• Supporting presales activities for solutions such as DLP, data backup, and system applications for clients
• Deliver implementation and technical support for system, security, and network solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinating with vendors
• Manage and follow up on daily operations and assigned tasks.
• Contribute to tender processes with technical support
• Assess and test new security and network products for potential solutions.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT/Computer Science/Cybersecurity or equivalent
• Min 2 years experience in related fields
• Experience in designing, managing and implementing cybersecurity for multi-vender infrastructure which includes:
  - Microsoft based Domain Controller, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, RADIUS & AAA servers
  - Microsoft based Certificate Authority
  - Window/Linux/UNIX OS environments
  - Experience in cloud deployments and integration for AWS/Azure/GCP is an advantage
• Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am to 6pm)
• Salary: Up to $6500
• Able to start work immediate or on short notice
