Make an Impact by:

Engineering and Support
• Planning the roadmap for operating systems and providing technical advice for Operations and Product.
• Driving the Method of Procedure along with POC for any new change or new implementation for system infrastructure.
• Managing problems for the Operations team in investigating and resolving system/customer-related incidents.
• Hardware lifecycle planning and budgeting.
• Driving and planning the development of the system infrastructure.

Tender and Projects
• Leading the preparation of tender specifications and evaluation or supporting tender processes.
• Engaging in commercial and technical negotiations with vendors.
• Performing technical and financial feasibility studies on new emerging technologies or potential new services.
• Gathering and evaluating requirements from various functional entities and formulating technical specifications and solutions.
• Identifying resources needed and working with responsible individuals to execute project plans.
• Managing day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope, including managing project budgets (CAPEX), conducting periodic reviews, and monitoring receivables.

Security Compliances
• Assessing and applying new patches to address vulnerabilities affecting system infrastructure.
• Evaluating and ensuring that all findings from monthly VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment/Penetration Test) are remediated on time.
• Keeping up to date with security announcements from all platforms and applying patches if applicable.
• Carrying out bi-annual configuration reviews of all platforms.
• Applying methodology effectively, enforcing project standards, and minimizing exposure and risk.
• Maintaining system documentation.
• Supporting all audits (internal/external) by providing evidence if required.
• Supporting in BCM (Business Continuity Management) certification and participating in BCP (Business Continuity Plan) exercises.

Skills for Success:

• Possess a degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Tender and Projects work.
