Responsibilities

1. Responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of system interfaces. Ensure integration solutions align with business requirements and technical specifications.
2. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage the technical and operational aspects of system interfaces, ensuring seamless data exchange and maintaining the integrity and security of integrated systems.
3. Manage end-to-end integration processes, including data mapping, transformation, and transfer.
4. Lead and mentor a team of integration specialists and engineers. Provide technical guidance and support for interface development and troubleshooting.
5. Lead and coordinate interface projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
6. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including interface specifications and user guides.
7. Conduct regular interface audits and performance evaluations for quality assurance and testing.

Requirements

1. Experience in system integration and interface management, and managing complex integration projects.
2. Experience with various integration tools and technologies (e.g., APIs, ESBs, ETL).
3. Experience in delivering government projects.
4. Knowledge of system integration methodologies and best practices.
5. Proficiency in programming languages and integration platforms.
6. Knowledge of security protocols and data protection standards.
