Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a process engineer in the Semiconductor industry or equivalent.
Mechanical and electrical workmanship.
Experience in working in cleanroom is advantageous.
Responsibilities
Transfer of Project, Technology, System from customer to VDL for New product development.
Define and establish Project Plan for Assembly to meet on time delivery.
Feasibility study for New Assembly.
Identify facilities/supplies required for assembly.
Resolve technical issues in assembly to ensure smooth production.
Manage technical changes to fulfill customer requirements.
Implement improvements for cost effectiveness.
Support continuous improvement programs.
Skills
Problem-solving skills
