Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in Singapore is seeking a Process Engineer with a focus on Semiconductor manufacturing. The role includes strategic planning and responsibility for assembly processes, requiring a diploma or degree in mechanical or relevant engineering disciplines. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as a process engineer, good problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience in cleanroom settings is advantageous. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a process engineer in the Semiconductor industry or equivalent.
• Mechanical and electrical workmanship.
• Experience in working in cleanroom is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Transfer of Project, Technology, System from customer to VDL for New product development.
• Define and establish Project Plan for Assembly to meet on time delivery.
• Feasibility study for New Assembly.
• Identify facilities/supplies required for assembly.
• Resolve technical issues in assembly to ensure smooth production.
• Manage technical changes to fulfill customer requirements.
• Implement improvements for cost effectiveness.
• Support continuous improvement programs.
