Job Purpose:

The System Implementor leads or supports the implementation of enterprise systems and software across the organization. This includes user training, data migration, and integration with existing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, testing, and rolling out new software and systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, project tracking).
• Conduct user training, collect feedback, and support troubleshooting.
• Work with vendors or developers on customization and integration.
• Coordinate system data migration and ensure accuracy.
• Monitor post-implementation usage and provide technical support.
• Prepare training manuals and user documentation.
• Propose process improvements and automation opportunities based on system capabilities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in software implementation or system support.
• Familiarity with ERP, HRIS, or project systems is advantageous.
