Job Description:

• Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure they align with SOP (standard operating procedure).

• Defines customers’ needs and functionalities.

• Assists in the coordination of system-related activities and evaluation of the implementation design.

• Installs, configures, and tests operating systems, application software, and system management tools.

• Ensures the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.

• Collaborates and manages various stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables within the guidelines, policies, and procedures.

• Anticipating & troubleshooting systems-related issues.

• Continual maintenance of security, including backup and redundancy strategies.

• Liaising with 3rd party vendors, IT providers, etc. for support where required.

• Provide system documentation and SOPs.

Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

• Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux-based or Windows environments.

• Experience in Managing server virtualization technologies like VMWare, KVM or Microsoft Hyper-V

• Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box)

• Knowledge of Linux: RedHat, CentOS, Debian, Amazon Linux, etc; Windows Server 2019 will be an advantage

• Experience with monitoring systems

• Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks is an added advantage

• Experience with automation software is an added advantage

• Experience with networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP) is an added advantage

Working Location: Near Bouna Vista MRT (travel to Har Par Villa area whenever required)

Willing to be on stand-by (rotating team basis)
