About the role

Seeking Singaporean to join as a System Engineer (SCCM/SCOM) based in the Depot Road Central Region.

What you'll be doing

Incumbent is expected to perform onsite Support & troubleshoot at client site, maintenance / upgrade after office hours / weekends (to be compensated with time-off) & may be required to go onsite to perform IT infra troubleshooting for infra located at MINDEF/SAF camps.

• Singaporean as Cat 1 Clearance needed in this project
• MS SCOM (Must Have)
• SCCM (Must Have)
• Microsoft Exchange Server Support (Prefer)
• Windows Server Administration (Prefer)
• Skype Support (Prefer)
• Willing to wait for around 6 weeks for CAT 1 clearance to be completed to start the job assignment.
• Like to work on government related projects
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the IT team and end-users
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality support
