TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an engineer to help design and develop hardware and software for semiconductor equipment. You will work with mechanics, electronics, software, and motion control to define requirements and drive cross-functional collaboration.

You will conduct experiments, analyze results, and adjust parameters to optimize production sequences while supporting customers and projects from product management. Travel may be involved.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in microsystem technology, mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering.
• Experience in semiconductor, mechanical/electrical engineering, or related field is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, initiative and personal accountability.
• Ability to present complex topics to diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to design and development of hardware and software for semiconductor equipment.
• Define hardware and software requirements for cross-functional team (mechanics, electronics, software, motion).
• Conduct experiments and analyze results to optimize system parameters and production sequences.
• Assist internal and external customers; travel may be required.
• Collaborate with product management on customer projects.

Responsibilities:

• Contributing to the design and development of hardware and software components for equipment in the semiconductor industry, including analysis, modeling, calculations, measurements, and qualification.
• Defining hardware and software requirements for a cross-functional development team, including mechanics, electronics, software, and motion control.
• Conducting experiments and analyzing results to determine optimal system parameters and machine production sequences.
• Providing assistance to both internal and external customers, with occasional business travel.
• Collaborating with product management on customer projects.
• Supporting manufacturing engineering with assembly and supplier-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in microsystem technology, mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering.
• Previous experience in semiconductor, mechanical/electrical engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong teamwork abilities, with initiative and personal accountability.
• Capable of presenting complex topics in a manner tailored to the audience.
• Knowledge, experience, and involvement in ESG initiatives is a plus.
