Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a telecom/engineering professional to own engineering design, align with client requirements, and guide the CAD drafter. The role involves preparing VDRL documents, adapting standards, and coordinating system integration and testing. Candidates with AutoCAD certification will have an advantage and must be Singaporean.

The position offers a basic salary range and full benefits, with a Monday to Friday work week in our Singapore office.

Qualifications

Min. 1 year of experience in similar role within the industry.
Min. Diploma in telecom or equivalent technical discipline.
Certificate of AUTOCAD will be added advantages.
Singaporean Only.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of engineering design and understand client requirements; propose right solution to fit specs.
Produce engineering document (VDRL) and address client comments in a timely, high-quality manner.
Produce scratch drawings and guide the AUTOCAD drafter to deliver engineering drawings.
Adapt industrial standards and best practices into drawing preparation, design, review and submission.
Guide in-house technicians for equipment assembly and cabinet integration; implement system configuration, simulation, testing and verification.
Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) and provide in-house training to client and commissioning engineer.
Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.
