Job description

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the engineering design, gain a thorough grasp of the client's needs, and suggest the best solution to meet the requirements.
• In a timely, accurate, and high-quality manner, create the engineering document (VDRL) and close the client comments.
• Create a scratch drawing and direct the AUTOCAD drafter to produce the engineering drawing deliverables.
• When preparing, designing, reviewing, and submitting engineering drawings, incorporate industry standards and best practices.
• Assist the internal technician with cabinet integration and equipment assembly; carry out system configuration, simulation, testing, and verification.
• Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) for the customer and train both the commissioning engineer and the client internally.
• Any more ad hoc work necessary for business requirements.

Requirements

• A minimum degree in telecommunications or a related technological field
• Demonstrated four to five years of experience in a comparable position in the industrial markets.
• Time management abilities and well-organized paperwork
• The capacity to express and communicate ideas to suppliers and customers.
