• Expertise in Bash or Python scripting.

• Perform in-place upgrade dry runs and rollback validation.
• Convert VM images (.vmdk -> .ISO) and validate deployability.
• Deliver documentation, build guides, and validation reports.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement.
