Job summary

• At least a Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Technical certifications in networking, cloud, or cybersecurity are a plus.
• 1–2 years in technical implementation or support roles preferred.
• Experience in enterprise IT environments or managed services is beneficial.
• Good understanding of network monitoring tools and basic cybersecurity concepts.
• Able to independently install, test, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems.
• Basic command of ticketing tools and SLAs.
• Competent in technical documentation and client communication.
• Responsible and service-oriented.
• Logical problem-solver with a willingness to learn from mistakes.
• Team player who communicates openly and follows through on tasks.
