Summary

We are seeking a motivated System Engineer (L1) to provide day-to-day support for our server and virtualisationenvironments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration and VMware ESXi, with a willingness to learn additional systems and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine Windows Serveradministration (user management, patching, updates).
• Manage and monitor VMware ESXienvironments, including basic VM operations and troubleshooting.
• Assist in server configuration, patch deployment, and software installation.
• Support user account setup and basic network services (Active Directory, DHCP, Group Policy).
• Document system configurations, issues, and resolutions.
• Escalate complex technical issues to L2 engineers.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related.
• Min 1 year experience in Windows Server administration (on configuration, patching, troubleshooting etc).
• Min 6 months experience in VMware ESXi administration (on VM Creation, resource allocation, basic troubleshooting)
• Good to have experience in Red Hat Linux administration, BigFix endpoint management, Active Directory (OU structure, account creation, password reset), DHCP configuration and troubleshooting and Group Policy Object (GPO) basics.
• Able to work rotating shifts to support 24/7 operations.
• IT certifications (e.g., MCSA, VMware VCA) are a plus.
