Job summary

PSA Singapore is seeking a service-minded IT Infrastructure & Services professional to join its 24x7 Enterprise team. You will support Windows Servers, Azure, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, VPN, and other enterprise services keeping PSA staff connected and productive.

You will lead projects, monitor service delivery, and build dashboards to provide stakeholder visibility, while collaborating across teams and external providers to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computing/CS/Engineering or IT.
• 1–3 years of IT Infrastructure & Services support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, IT Operations Management and hosting platforms (Hyper-V, VMware, Azure).
• Experience with Remote Access Service, System Management and Unified Communications.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted partner to end users by providing Level 3 support and quick resolution of issues.
• Lead IT infrastructure projects to enhance end-user experience and ICT service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement by streamlining workflows and automating processes.

In this role, you will ensure that our enterprise IT services are reliable, responsive, and user-friendly, supporting the day-to-day needs of PSA's workforce. You will support Windows Servers, Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN, IT Operations Management, and other enterprise services that keep our employees connected and productive.

Key Responsibilities

Be a trusted partner to end users - provide timely Level 3 support, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively with minimal business disruption.

Lead IT infrastructure projects - deliver projects that enhance the end-user experience and improve the quality of ICT service delivery.

Drive continuous improvement - proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and strengthen monitoring for smoother operations and fewer disruptions.

Build visibility - create intuitive dashboards and reports that give teams and stakeholders better insight into service health and performance.

Collaborate end-to-end - work closely with other infrastructure teams and external IT service providers to ensure seamless support for users.

Requirements

• A degree in Computing, Computer Science / Engineering or IT.
• At least 1 to 3 years of IT Infrastructure & Services support experience.
• Good knowledge of the following:
  • Microsoft technologies (Azure cloud services, Microsoft 365 suite)
  • IT Operations Management
  • Hosting platforms (MS Hyper-V, VMware, Azure)
  • Remote Access Service
  • System Management
  • Unified Communications or Microsoft Phone
  • Cybersecurity
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
